NON EU COUNTRIES: FREIGHT COST € 50,-- THE SHIPMENT IS MADE BY DHL EXPRESS.

Return conditions

To enable us to process your return as quickly as possible, please inform us in advance by phone +49 212-23140-300 or by email info@felix-solingen.com 

Please fill out the return form and enclose it with your shipment.

After receipt of the return the product will be checked and our customer service will be informed about the further procedure.

Return shipments are at the risk of the sender. Please make sure that the goods arrive at our premises well and securely packed.

We, Felix Solingen GmbH are not liable for damaged or lost returns.

Return and refunds

You will get the purchase amount back if the products are returned to us unused and undamaged and in their original packaging, within 14 days after receipt of the goods. Once the product has been inspected, you will be refunded the purchase amount within 7 working days. The refund will be made through the original payment method used for the purchase.

When returning used and damaged products, we expressly refer to our warranty terms. In this case the purchase amount is not refundable. Personalized products are excluded from return and exchange.
